This is information on a product in full production. October 2014 DocID027119 Rev 1 1/13 PM8841 1 A low-side gate driver Datasheet -production data Features Low-side MOSFET driver. The high-side/low-side gate drivers are high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET and IGBT drivers. The high-side driver features floating supply for operation up to 600V. The propagation delay matching between the high and the low-side drivers allow high-frequency operation. In a low-side switch, shown on the left, the load is between the power rail and the N-channel MOSFET doing the switching. In a high-side switch, shown on the right, the load is between ground and the P-channel MOSFET doing the switching.
